1. Who we are
This policy explains how Renu Earth, Inc. dba AIVO, Inc. ("AIVO", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, handles personal data when you use AIVO Win Rate at aivowinrate.com. For account holders and free-check visitors, AIVO is the data controller. For data agencies upload about their clients, the agency is the controller and AIVO is its processor (see Section 6).
2. What we collect

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we ask you not to put sensitive personal data into test briefs.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use the following service providers to run AIVO Win Rate. Each receives only the data it needs.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a buyer as part of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
5. International transfers
AIVO Win Rate is hosted in the United States. If you are in the UK, EU or another country with transfer rules, your data is transferred to the US. We protect these transfers with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful mechanism such as a provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Agencies and their clients
When an agency uses AIVO Win Rate for its clients, the agency is the controller of its clients' data and AIVO processes that data on the agency's instructions under a Data Processing Agreement. Agencies create their clients' logins and are responsible for telling their clients how their data is used. If you are an agency's client, please contact your agency first about your data.
7. How long we keep data
- While your account is open, we keep your data to provide the Service.
- After your account closes, we keep it for 24 months, then delete your personal data. We keep only anonymized results that cannot identify you.
- Free-check data used for abuse limits is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
- Billing records are kept if tax and accounting law requires.
You can ask us to delete your personal data sooner (see Section 8).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. Email aivo@aivowinrate.com and we will respond within one month, or sooner where local law requires. We may need to verify your identity first.
You also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator, for example the ICO in the UK or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
Regional notices
- California: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise your rights to know, delete and correct, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
- Canada, Australia and the UAE: we handle personal data in line with PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Principles and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, as they apply to us. Contact us to exercise your rights under them.
9. Emails we send
- Customers receive service emails: sign-in links, completed reports, alerts and fix quotes. These are part of the Service.
- Free-check visitors are only contacted if they asked us to email their results, and only within the consent they gave. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
10. Cookies
We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
11. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-step sign-in for admin users, and audit logs of account access, including staff access. We plan regular independent penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the regulators of a data breach where the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any update here with a new date. For material changes we will also email account holders before they take effect.
